The Verde Valley is our primary territory. However, if you are located elsewhere, we can help too. We are able to handle every aspect of your sale including leaving the home ready to sell. You won’t even need to come into town! We can email the contract directly to you then set up, sell and even arrange for a donation of any unsold items
IIt will cost you nothing out of pocket. We charge a nominal commission plus any extraordinary costs incurred such as travel expenses out of the area. Commission is negotiated between owner and agent. Storage Unit Liquidation may incur additional costs. Other than the commission, the owner’s only expenses are for outside appraisers, if needed. We are unique in the fact that as an estate sale company we accept cash, checks and credit cards at each sale. This is very important in maximizing your profits.
We can assist with moving, carrying and loading furniture at location of sale. Additionally we offer delivery services for a nominal fee. At the conclusion of the sale we will arrange donation to non-profit charity of owners choice, and be available at time of pickup.
Besides our website, we have an extensive email list that we send out flyers to prior to each sale. We also advertise in several local newspapers to maximize exposure.
